If you’ve been driving from Lake Hawea to our Wanaka hub to collect your dog’s fresh food orders, we have some excellent news for your odometer.

Naturally Pawsome is officially stretching out its paws! Thanks to the incredible support from our local community, we’ve just launched our very first neighbourhood expansion: a brand-new, 24/7 drop box right here in Lake Hawea.

No more calculating if you can make it across town before a deadline, and no more rushing. Your dog’s meals are now closer than ever.

It’s completely secure and accessible every day of the week. So, if you happen to remember at midnight that the freezer is looking a bit bare, you can place your order online and pick it up whenever it suits your schedule.

Parking & Pickup Guidelines

Because our new drop box is located in a residential neighbourhood, we want to make sure we are excellent neighbours to the folks living around us. When you come to collect your dog's dinner, please follow these quick guidelines:

1. Where to park: Please pull your vehicle completely onto the designated gravel/grass parking shoulder on the left.

2. Keep it clear: Do not stop on or block the shared concrete driveway at any time, even if you think you'll only be a few seconds.

3. Locating the box: You'll find our secure lock box positioned right behind the mailboxes on the left side of the entrance.

How the Subscriptions Work

If you’re new to our pickup and delivery options, we like to keep things as flexible as possible. You can choose a 'subscribe and save' plan to keep the bowls filled on autopilot on a regular rotation, or simply select 'refill only' whenever you need a top-up.

From there, you have more local choices:

1. Hawea Drop Box Pickup: 17 Noema Terrace, Lake Hawea - Order online and collect your order 24/7 at your own convenience, which includes dog food refills. 

2. Albert Town / Luggate / Wanaka / Queensberry 

• Thursday Refill/ Delivery Day: Sit back and let us bring the fresh goods straight to your doorstep. (Wanaka, Luggate, Albert town, Queensberry).
• Drop Box Pickup: 3 Endeavour Street, Wanaka, 9305. Order online and collect your order 24/7 at your own convenience. 

Existing Subscribers: How to Switch

If you’re already a subscriber and want to save yourself the drive to Wanaka, switching your pickup hub is incredibly easy. Just log into your account profile, head to your shipping/pickup preferences, and select the Lake Hawea Drop Box before your next order cycles through.
