- For your first order, please purchase a 2.5kg to ensure that your furry friend is a fan of Naturally Pawsome. Next step is to buy the refillable tub...
- Next step- either subscribe and save or select 'refill only' for a fresh delivery at your convenience. You can opt to have this delivered on a Thursday or, choose to pick it up at our ‘drop box’ in Wanaka (24/7).
- Use our calculator to estimate an appropriate amount of Naturally Pawsome dog food for your furry friend. Select the most convenient frequency (you can cancel at any time). You can select a delivery frequency of 2, 3, 4, 6 and 8 weeks (and again, can change this at any time). Please note that the refill service is only available for multiples of 5kg.
- Should you wish to make any changes to your subscription, just remember to make any updates before the next billing cycle. Payment day is Tuesday every week.
- The refill delivery service takes place on a Thursday direct to your door. You will receive an email prior to remind you to leave your empty bucket(s) out for refill. Please note that if the bucket(s) cannot be located, we will deliver the products in bag format.
